Card payment methods, Stripe processing, authorization, refunds, taxes, currency and payment-security information.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. The methods actually displayed on the Payment or Checkout page take priority for the specific transaction.
Payment processing
Payment details are submitted through the checkout flow and processed by Stripe and relevant payment networks.
Payment authorization
Your card issuer or payment provider may authorize, decline or request additional verification for a transaction.
Payment declines
If a payment is declined, check the information entered and contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Customer support cannot override an issuer’s authorization decision.
Payment security
Payments use security measures provided through the checkout payment flow. No online payment system can be described as absolutely or guaranteed secure.
Taxes
Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website’s pricing configuration. Customs duties and import charges, where applicable, are separate.
Currency
The website uses $ as the configured currency symbol. Review the amount and currency shown at checkout before submitting payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Our internal processing target is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines.
Safe payment communication
